Update v1.3

Merging gems often triggered collision problems, as the transformed gem took up more space than was available, pushing other gems off the screen, the physics engine not knowing how to handle two bodies overlapping. From now on, the transformed gem expands from zero so that the physics engine can handle it better.

This WILL continue to happen in some rare cases, but less often.
Please let me know if this still happens too often.
